I certify that the part will be installed only on the vehicle described above. I certify that the vehicle is a competition vehicle and that the vehicle is not registered or licensed for use on a public road or highway.

I understand that such a violation may subject me to personal civil or criminal liability, including fines of up to $5,179 per day.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN THE UNITED STATES THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (“EPA”) HAS STATED THAT IT HAS REGULATORY AUTHORITY OVER THE USE OF RACE-ONLY PRODUCTS UNDER THE CLEAN AIR ACT, AND AGREE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EPA’S RULES AND REGULATIONS, THAT USE OF RACE-ONLY PRODUCTS BY VEHICLES BEING DRIVEN ON U.S. PUBLIC ROADS, STREETS, AND HIGHWAYS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. I ALSO UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CALIFORNIA LAWS, CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD REGULATIONS, AND THE LAWS OF OTHER U.S. STATES AND COUNTRIES IMPOSE DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS THAT MAY APPLY TO AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS.
